A "New Beginning" Lunch

On September 13th, after the 10:00 AM service, we will hold our first get together with our new rector, The Rev. Richard Robÿn. We hope that everyone from both the 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM services will come together to celebrate Trin-ity’s new beginning.

Acolyte Practice

If you are currently an acolyte, or if you would like to become an acolyte, please attend our acolyte practice on Saturday, September 12th at 10:30 AM in the church. Acolytes must be at least eight years old. It is important that everyone attend.

Father Robÿn would like to meet you and to review with you your duties and your responsibilities. We will also fit you for vestments.

The traditional pizza lunch will follow the practice. We should be ready to go home by noon.

Music Notes
Soli Deo Gloria!

In Ephesians 5:19, Paul urges the faithful to ‚

How many of you sang in your school chorus, played in the band and orchestra, or took dancing lessons? These are experiences that last a lifetime, and it means that your musical background more than qualifies you to be a member of one of our choirs.

Our parish volunteers in the Senior Choir will lead the hymns and service music at the 10:00 AM service, starting on September 13th, as we welcome our new rector, Father Robÿn. Full choir rehearsals will commence at 8:45 AM on October 4th.

Our Junior Choir includes children from 1st through 8th grade. Rehearsals will be held in the church choir room at 11:10 AM on Sundays, starting on September 27th. Trinity provides snacks, drinks, and great musical activities.

Our Bell Choir is intergenerational, as both children and adults participate. Basic knowledge of music notation is also helpful. Rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings, beginning in November. The Bell Choir plays seasonally for special celebrations throughout the year.

Trinity is blessed to have a very active and dedicated music ministry. We hope that you will consider bringing your talents to one of our choirs.

Soli Deo Gloria!
